n-sunagawa On Saturday, June 17, 2023, Emeritus Professor Masahiro Samejima received the first Meritorious Achievement Award from The Japan Wood Research Society. This award is given to persons who have made significant achievements in the field of wood science and related fields.
He received the award in honor of his outstanding achievements in “research on the basis and application of various biomass-degrading enzymes and their related genes”.
